1- Construction and maintenance of village roads.

2- Dispose of waste at the village level in a manner that does not cause inconvenience to the people.

3- Repair and maintenance of the port and construction and operation of the village port and ferry terminal.

4- Take measures to prevent erosion in accordance with the laws of Maldives and repair and maintain the village roads and canals.

5- Operate and maintain public services such as electricity, water, toilets and sewerage systems in accordance with the laws of the Maldives.

6- Provide basic services related to primary health care and health protection in accordance with the laws of the Maldives.

7- Provide preschool services and plan and implement adult educational and professional development programs in accordance with the laws of the Maldives.

8- ރަށުގެ ލައިބްރަރީ ހިންގުމާއި ރަށުގެ ރަސްމީ ލިޔުންތައް ޢަރުޝީފްކުރުމާއި ރަށުގެ ތާރީޚީ އަދި ޤަދީމީ ލިޔެކިޔުންތައް ރައްކާތެރިކަމާއެކު ލައިބްރަރީގައި ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި ޒަމާނީ އެކިއެކި ވަސީލަތްތަކުގެ އެހީގައި ލައިބްރަރީން އެކި އެކި މަޢުލޫމާތު ލިބޭނެ އިންތިޒާމް ޤާއިމް ކުރުން.

9- Maintenance of social centres, public playgrounds and lands and provision of sports facilities, public parks and recreational services.

10- Maldivesގެ ޤާނޫނާ އެއްގޮތްވާގޮތުގެ މަތިން އިޖުތިމާޢީ ރައްކާތެރިކަމުގެ ޚިދުމަތް ދޭނެ މަރުކަޒު ހިންގުމާ ގޭތެރޭގައި ހިނގާ އަނިޔާތައް ހުއްޓުވުމަށް ފިޔަވަޅުއެޅުމާއި އެފަދަ ޢަމަލުތަކާ ގުޅިގެން އަނިޔާލިބޭ ފަރާތްތަކަށް ޙިމާޔަތްދީ އެހީތެރިކަން ފޯރުކޮށްދިނުމާއި މުސްކުޅިންނަށާއި ޚާއްސަ އެހީއަށް ބޭނުންވާ މީހުންނަށް އެހީތެރިވެދީ އެފަދަ މީހުން ބެލެހެއްޓޭނެ ނިޒާމެއް ޤާއިމްކުރުން.

11- Maldivesގެ ބިމާބެހޭ ޤާނޫނާ އެއްގޮތްވާގޮތުގެ މަތިން އަދި ރަށުގެ ލޭންޑް ޔޫސް ޕްލޭނާ ތަޢާރުޟު ނުވާގޮތުގެ މަތިން، ރަށުން ބިންދޫކުރުމާއި ބިމާއި ޢިމާރާތް ރަޖިސްޓްރީކުރުމާއި ދިވެހިރާއޖޭގެ ޢިމާރާތްކުރުމުގެ ޤަވާއިދުތަކާއި ސަރުކާރުގެ މިނިސްޓްރީތަކުން ހަދާފައިވާ އެންމެހާ ޤަވާޢިދުތަކާ އެއްގޮތްވާ ގޮތުގެ މަތިން ރަށުގައި ޢިމާރާތްކުރުމުގެ ކަންކަން ބަލަހައްޓައި އެކިއެކި ފަރާތްތަކުން ރަށުގެ ބިމާrelated toގޮތުން ހިންގާ ބިމާބެހޭ އެންމެހާ މުޢާމަލާތުތަކުގެ ރެކޯޑްތައް Maldivesގެ ބިމާބެހޭ ޤާނޫނާއި މިނޫންވެސް ޤާނޫނުތަކުގައިވާ ގޮތުގެ މަތިން ބެލެހެއްޓުން.

15- Maintenance of ancient sites and cultural activities.

17- To arrange for street sweeping and cleaning, to maintain the cleanliness of the village and to decorate the village.

18- Street lighting at night.

19- Pest control.

20- Establish a system to provide assistance in emergency situations and incidents.

21- Maldivesގެ ޤާނޫނާ އެއްގޮތްވާގޮތުގެ މަތިން ފިހާރަތަކާއި ހޮޓާތަކާއި ރެސްޓޯރެންޓްތަކާއި ކެފޭތަކާއި ގެސްޓްހައުސްތަކާއި ޢާއްމުމާރުކޭޓުގެ ކަންކަން ހުރޭތޯ ބަލައި އިސްލާޙީ ފިޔަވަޅުއެޅުން.

22- މަގުމަތީގައި މީހުން ހިނގައި އުޅުމާއި މަގުމަތީގައި އިންޖީނުލީ އެއްޗެއްސާއި، އިންޖީނުނުލާ އެއްޗެތި ދުއްވުމުގެ ކަންކަން Maldivesގެ ޤާނޫނާ އެއްގޮތްވާގޮތުގެ މަތިން އިންތިޒާމްކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި ޢާއްމުންގެ އަތުން ފީނަގައިގެން، އެއްގަމާއި ކަނޑުގެ އުޅަދުފަހަރުން ދޭ ޚިދުމަތްތައް ސަރުކާރުގެ ކަމާބެހޭ ވުޒާރާއިން ކަނޑައަޅާ މިންގަނޑުތަކާ އެއްގޮތްވާގޮތުގެ މަތިން އިންތިޒާމްކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓުން.

24- ރަށުކައުންސިލްގެ ބާރުގެ ދާއިރާގައި ހިމެނޭ ކަންކަމާ related toގޮތުންނާއި އެކިއެކި ޤާނޫނުތަކުގެ ދަށުން ރަށު ކައުންސިލާ ޙަވާލުކޮށްފައިވާ ކަންކަމާ related toގޮތުންނާއި ސަރުކާރުގެ އެކިއެކި ވުޒާރާތަކުން ކައުންސިލް މެދުވެރިކޮށް ދޫކުރަން ކަނޑައަޅާ ހުއްދަތައް ދޫކުރުމާއި، އެފަދަ ހުއްދަތައް ބާޠިލް ކުރުމާއި، registry ހަދައިދިނުމާއި ބާތިލްކުރުން.

25- އަލަށް އުފަންވާކުދިންނާއި މަރުވާ މީހުންގެ ރެކޯޑް ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި ރަށުގެ ތަފާސްހިސާބު ނަގައި ބެލެހެއްޓުމާއި، އެރަށެއްގެ registryގައި ރަށްވެހިވެފައިވާ މީސްމީހުންނާއި، ރަށްވެހިނުވެ ދިރިއުޅެމުން ގެންދާ މީހުންނާއި، އަދި އެރަށެއްގައި ދިރިއުޅޭ ބިދޭސީންގެ ދަފްތަރު ލިޔެ ބެލެހެއްޓުން.
